Inventor and Principal Scientist

Larry Witham is a mechanical engineer from the University of California, Berkeley with 40 years experience in aerospace, as a design engineer, systems engineer, and launch mission manager.

He began exploring blockchain in 2011 (ala Slush Pool) and later studied the mathematical foundations of tokenization. His patented work in the U.S. and Europe on complex number tokenization and proportional-value aggregation informs Material Shift's approach to structured digital value and settlement architecture.

John Fremont is a multi-decade entrepreneur who has built and scaled companies across media, interactive services, software, and AI. As partner at Chaotic Moon Studios, he helped lead its growth and sale to Accenture, and later co-led product creation and AI initiatives at enterprise scale.

He went on to found Hypergiant Industries, raised institutional capital, and helped build and spin out multiple AI and software ventures. At Material Shift, he focuses on turning frontier technical capabilities into scalable products and long-term market advantages.

Tyler Guidry is a serial founder and technology strategist with more than 20 years of experience scaling product, development, and experiential businesses. He has led enterprise client programs across Accenture, BCG, and Goldman Sachs environments.

His product leadership includes early integrated connected-vehicle commerce initiatives and iDonate, a patented nonprofit fundraising platform with more than $1.8B in GMV. At Material Shift, he leads integrated advisory, technical architecture, and AI-native platform direction.
